Full Service
Clients often prefer the Full Service package since it offers the best opportunity for them to take full advantage of an event producer's expertise. Envious Events will take you from start to finish and will ensure that your event will flow seamlessly.
Step by Step/Full Service will be billed a flat rate or a percentage of the total cost/budget of the event.
Day of Services
Day of Production
Day of Coordination is meant for the client who wants full responsibility for planning their own event, but could still use a helping hand on the day of the event to ensure that their vision becomes a reality.
Envious Events will finish the job to your expectations.
You must book this service well before the event is to take place, but services are not rendered until 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Jump Start
Consulting
This is for the "Do it Yourself" client. Not sure what to do, how to start or even where to start. Let Envious Events start you off in the right direction and then let your imagination run wild.
This service may consist of the client sitting down with the producer and asking questions based on the area or areas they need help in.
This may be pulling together design ideas, confirming or suggesting vendors or venue choices or ensuring that the client is on track and has not forgotten anything.
Consulting packages are billed by the hour.
**Additional Fees may apply for events that will be taking place in more than one location and for events that include more than 100 guests.
